Thank you for supporting Scott Christian Higher Secondary School Alumni Association through your generous contributions.
General Policy
All donations made to Scott Christian Higher Secondary School Alumni Association are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:
- Duplicate transaction (same amount charged more than once).
- Accidental donation of a significantly wrong amount (e.g., ₹50,000 instead of ₹5,000).
- Technical error on the payment gateway confirmed by our payment partner.
Refund Request Process
- Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
- Notify us with your transaction ID, date, amount, and reason.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15–30 working days back to the original payment method.
- Bank/payment gateway charges, if any, will be deducted.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after successful donation.
- Donations made during fundraising campaigns or events.
